Returns & Refund Policy

At Simply Sajavat Manchester, we curate our collections with high-quality pieces sourced directly from expert wholesalers in India. We take pride in our quality-check process, but we understand that sometimes an item may not be quite right.

1. Return Period

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

  • To be eligible, your item must be in its original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.

2. Hygiene & Sale Items

  • Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless they are faulty.

  • Sale Items: Items purchased using the SAJAVAT50 code or from our Clearance section are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

3. Anti-Tarnish & Material Warranty

We offer a specific guarantee based on the material of your jewelry:

  • Stainless Steel: Features a Lifetime Color Warranty. If your piece loses its color under normal wear, we will replace it.

  • Brass Jewelry: Includes a 60-Day Anti-Tarnish Guarantee. To maintain your brass pieces, please avoid contact with water, perfumes, and lotions.

  • Note: Warranty does not cover physical breakage, accidental damage, or loss of stones.

4. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, please email us at [Your Email Address] within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund immediately.

5. How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at [Your Email Address] to request a return.

  2. Once approved, you will be provided with our Manchester return address.

  3. You are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post.

6. Refunds

Once your return is inspected, we will notify you of the approval. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
