However:

  • Colours may vary slightly due to lighting, screen resolution, or photography

  • Measurements are approximate

  • Handcrafted or plated jewellery may show minor natural variations

These do not constitute defects.

3. Pricing, Offers & Promotions (Important Recommendation)

  • All prices are in GBP (£)

  • Discount codes and promotions:

    • Cannot be combined unless stated

    • Are time-limited

    • Apply only to selected items

  • We reserve the right to withdraw or modify offers at any time without prior notice

4. Orders, Stock & Cancellations (Strong Business Protection)

Orders are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to:

  • Cancel or limit quantities per order

  • Cancel orders due to stock errors, pricing errors, or suspicious activity

  • Refund payments if an order cannot be fulfilled

Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled.

5. Shipping & Delivery (Clear Expectations)

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Simply Sajavat is not responsible for:

  • Courier delays

  • Lost or delayed parcels once marked as delivered

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

Customers are responsible for ensuring delivery details are correct.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Hygiene Policy (Highly Recommended Clause)

Due to hygiene and safety reasons:

  • Earrings and worn jewellery are non-returnable

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition to be eligible

Faulty items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence.

7. Jewellery Care & Wear Disclaimer (Very Important)

Our waterproof and anti-tarnish jewellery is designed for everyday wear.
However, longevity depends on care.

We are not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Exposure to harsh chemicals (perfumes, cleaning products, chlorine)

  • Improper storage

  • Force, bending, or misuse

  • Natural wear over time

8. Allergies & Skin Sensitivity (Recommended Transparency)

We aim to use high-quality materials; however, skin reactions vary by individual.

Simply Sajavat is not liable for allergic reactions. Customers with sensitive skin should review product details carefully before purchasing.

9. In-Person Sales & Pop-Up Shops 

For purchases made at pop-up shops, markets, or in-person events:

  • All sales are final

  • Exchanges or refunds are only offered for faulty items identified at the point of purchase

This does not affect statutory rights.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, images, designs, and text, is the intellectual property of Simply Sajavat and may not be copied or used without permission.

11. Prohibited Use

You may not:
